Jackson Elementary is home to more than 500 students and their families. Through the generosity of our community partners, the Jackson PTO funds programs and experiences that enrich every students education—including art, music, technology, campus improvements, teacher support, and family events.

4 TYPES OF SPONSORSHIPS

1. Annual Business Sponsorship – Cash Donation

Support Jackson PTO throughout the school year while receiving year-round
recognition and marketing opportunities. Annual Sponsorships provide the
foundation that allows the PTO to invest in student enrichment, campus

2. Official Event Sponsorship – Cash Donation

Platinum and Jaguar level business sponsors now can sponsor one of Jackson
PTO's signature events and connect your business with hundreds of local
families. Event Sponsors receive recognition tailored to the event they support,
including event signage, exclusive recognition in event communications through
Friday Folder flyers, and social media promotion.

3. Event & Program Donations – In-Kind Donations

Businesses may support specific PTO programs or events by donating food,
beverages, raffle prizes, supplies, services, or other in-kind items. Donors are
recognized in connection with the event or program they support via the PTO
Monthly Newsletter and one social media post.
Examples include:

•  Teacher Appreciation Week treats

•  Family event refreshments

•  Volunteer appreciation

•  Event supplies and services

•  Student program support
   

4.Gala Auction Donations – In-Kind Donations

Donate products, services, gift certificates, or experiences to our annual Gala
Auction. Gala Auction Donors receive recognition in auction materials, Gala
communications, and event signage. Donations must have a retail value greater
than $1000 to be included as an Auction Donor.
